About Me

FRē Little, MSIRE, is an Associate Broker in Maryland, a REALTOR® serving Washington, D.C. and Maryland, and a REALTIST® with Coldwell Banker Realty. With a strong foundation in residential real estate, commercial real estate fundamentals, investment strategy, valuation, and development, FRē brings a well-rounded and strategic approach to helping clients, customers, and real estate partners navigate their goals.

FRē holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, with a focus in Valuation and Development. Her academic and professional background gives her a broader lens when evaluating properties, market opportunities, pricing strategy, investment potential, and long-term real estate value.

As a real estate professional, investor, and developer, FRē serves residential and commercial real estate needs across the D.C. and Maryland markets. Her experience includes residential sales, buyer and seller representation, leasing, new construction, short sales, REOs, investment property analysis, redevelopment planning, and community-centered real estate opportunities. She is especially passionate about helping people think beyond the transaction and make confident, informed real estate decisions.

FRē has also completed the CCIM Institute’s Foundations for Success in Commercial Real Estate course, strengthening her knowledge in commercial property types, market analysis, leases, cash flow, financing, valuation, and investment decision-making. This additional training supports her expanding work in serving residential and commercial real estate needs, including conversations with owners, investors, business users, and property sellers exploring their next move.

FRē is a recipient of the NAREB® Top 100 Award 2025 in the Developer Category and a Coldwell Banker Realty International Sterling Society Award recipient. She is also a graduate of the NAREB Black Developers Academy and continues to build her work at the intersection of residential real estate, commercial opportunity, investment, development, and community impact.
